Become an Impact Customer

Impact Merchandising requires that you provide the following information before we can set up an account for you.

    1) A completed customer credit application. (Click here for blank credit application.)
    2) An appropriate resale certificate for all California resellers. (Click here for blank resale certificate.)

Print the documents and mail or fax the completed and signed documents to
Impact Merchandising at:

    Or fax the application to 925-373-2898 - Attention: Credit Department

Both the application and the tax re-sale certificate must be signed to open an account.

Note: Remember that Impact Merchandising is a wholesale distributor of consumer products. We only sell to businesses serving the consumer products industry. Impact Merchandising is unable to open accounts to consumers or to businesses that do not resell consumer products.

Upon approval, we will send your Impact Merchandising account number/login and password via email within 48 hours after the account has been approved.

Credit Terms
Upon confirmation of reseller status, new customers can order from Impact Merchandising immediately by paying via MasterCard, Visa or American Express credit cards. For terms other than credit card, we must receive a completed and signed Impact Merchandising credit application and blank resale exemption certificate. Some accounts may be requested to offer a refundable deposit in accordance with their credit request.

Tax Requirements
Every new California customer MUST furnish a State Sales Tax Exemption Certificate and a California - Certificate of Resale to avoid being billed tax on each order placed. Non California accounts do not need to provide the above mentioned forms. All items sold for personal use must be taxed, even if the individual has a sales tax number on file with Impact Merchandising LLC.

Minimum Order Requirements
Impact Merchandising's minimum order amount is set on a per account basis. This minimum amount is determined at the time of account setup. The prepaid freight minimum is also determined at the initial account setup.
